  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 1 tin (160 g) tuna in brine or spring water, drained

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • ½ cucumber, sliced into thin strips
  • ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
