Ingredients

  • 4 chicken drumsticks or thighs

  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Brown chicken drumsticks or thighs on all sides, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms until softened.
  3. Stir in paprika, thyme, and tomato passata. Return chicken to the pan and mix well.
  4. Cover and simmer for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper before serving.
