🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breast halves
  • 50 g fresh spinach
  • 50 g ricotta cheese
  • 100 g grated gouda cheese
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • Olive oil

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Sauté finely chopped spinach in a bit of olive oil for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add ricotta cheese and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let cool slightly.
  3. Cut slits along the chicken breasts about 1 cm apart, being careful not to slice all the way through.
  4. Place chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Fill each slit with the spinach-ricotta mix.
  5. Brush chicken with olive oil and top generously with grated gouda cheese.
  6. Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for around 30 minutes or until fully cooked and golden on top.
