Easy Stuffed Chicken Breast with Spinach and Cheese

🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast halves
- 50 g fresh spinach
- 50 g ricotta cheese
- 100 g grated gouda cheese
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- Olive oil
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Sauté finely chopped spinach in a bit of olive oil for about 3 minutes.
- Add ricotta cheese and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let cool slightly.
- Cut slits along the chicken breasts about 1 cm apart, being careful not to slice all the way through.
- Place chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Fill each slit with the spinach-ricotta mix.
- Brush chicken with olive oil and top generously with grated gouda cheese.
- Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for around 30 minutes or until fully cooked and golden on top.
